The lobby bar provided expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service.. Matias and Kania were especially helpful. My room featured antipodes water, a touch often reserved for fine dining. The concierge, Megumi Beveridge, assisted with a doctor's appointment and transport arrangements. The pool service was efficient, though a few extra staff during peak hours would benefit guests.
I noticed the hot water pressure in the shower was lower than expected.
